Welcome to ATOP Education. By enrolling in our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

1. Service Duration
   Your use of ATOP Education’s services begins on or around the date of your registration and continues until you have completed the total number of agreed service hours. If there is no activity on your account for a period of six (6) months, any remaining funded hours will be forfeited and your account will be closed.

2. Fees and Payments

   We offer both private (1-to-1) and selected group lessons. Please contact us directly for the most up-to-date pricing. Students are expected to attend one lesson per week. All lessons must be completed within the agreed timeframe. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Rescheduling Lessons
   If you need to reschedule a session, please contact ATOP Education at least 24 hours in advance. If sufficient notice is not given, the session will be deducted from your account.

4. Tutor Availability
   We reserve the right to change your assigned tutor or provide a substitute tutor as needed, without prior notice.

5. Photography and Video
   By enrolling with ATOP Education, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings taken during lessons for internal use and marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property
   All materials, resources, and content provided by ATOP Education or its tutors remain the exclusive intellectual property of ATOP Education. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Marketing Communications
   From time to time, we may contact you with information about our products, services, or other updates that may interest you. By enrolling, you agree to receive such communications unless you opt out by notifying us.

8. Account and Transfers
   Your enrollment is personal and cannot be assigned or transferred to another individual without our prior written consent. ATOP Education reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under any agreement with you to a third party, with all terms continuing to apply.

9. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page.

10. Privacy Agreement
    By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement, as published on our website.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong.
